Refund Policy
You may return most new, unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Restocking Fee
Please note that a $5.00 restocking fee applies to all returns that are not the result of our error. This covers the logistical costs of reintegrating research materials.
Non-Returnable Items
Any items that have been opened, tampered with, or had the seals broken cannot be returned due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research compounds.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@peptidesandsarms.net with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address if applicable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
