This page consolidates payment methods, checkout security, promotional rules, quantity discounts and wholesale enquiries. The final methods, prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes and order total shown at checkout control the transaction.

Payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards and any additional secure payment options displayed during checkout. Availability can vary by billing location, delivery location, order value, currency, risk review and payment-provider rules. A payment method mentioned elsewhere is not guaranteed unless it appears for the current eligible order.

Payment authorization does not always mean an order has been accepted. An order can remain subject to inventory, address, fraud, carrier and compliance review. If a paid, unshipped order is canceled, the eligible amount is returned through the original payment route where reasonably possible.

Payment security

Checkout information is transmitted through the website and connected payment providers using security controls appropriate to their roles. Complete card credentials are generally processed by the payment provider rather than stored as readable information in the store. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so customers should use a unique account password and protect one-time verification codes.

• Never email or message a complete payment-card number.
• Never share an account password, banking login or one-time security code with support.
• Confirm that the website address is correct before entering checkout details.
• Contact the card issuer promptly if an unfamiliar transaction appears.
• Use the original order conversation when discussing a payment issue.

Declined, pending or duplicated payments

A payment can be declined because of issuer rules, address mismatch, security verification, available funds, geographic restrictions or provider errors. A pending authorization may appear before an order is completed and can later be released by the provider. If you believe two completed charges exist for one order, contact support with the order number, transaction dates and only the last four card digits—never the full number.

Promotional codes and special offers

Promotions may have start and end dates, minimum order values, eligible products, customer limits and geographic exclusions. Codes must be entered before checkout is completed. Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, offers may not combine and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order.

A cart may cease to qualify after an item is removed, a discount is applied or the delivery destination changes. Free-shipping thresholds are normally calculated after discounts and before taxes or fees.

Quantity discounts

Selected products, stacks and bundles may receive quantity-based pricing. Eligible savings are displayed on the product page, in the cart or in a written quote. Not every item qualifies, and separate variants or unrelated products may not combine to reach a quantity tier unless the offer says they do.

Wholesale and bulk orders

Wholesale or bulk availability is reviewed individually. A request does not guarantee approval, inventory, exclusivity, resale authorization or a specific discount. Pricing depends on the product, quantity, delivery destination, order frequency, documentation requirements and current availability.

• Whether the enquiry is for one order or an ongoing account
• Any lawful documentation or invoicing requirements

Approved buyers remain responsible for product laws, advertising claims, labeling, resale rules, taxes, import requirements and any licenses that apply to their activities. Nothing in a wholesale relationship authorizes misleading health claims, repackaging or removal of lot traceability.

Quotes, invoices and availability

A quote is valid only for the period, products, quantities and destination stated. Inventory is not reserved until the required acceptance and payment steps are complete. Changes to quantity, shipping, duties, taxes or product availability can require a revised quote.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment route where reasonably possible. The payment provider or financial institution controls how quickly the credit appears after submission. Shipping, return, handling or provider costs may be nonrefundable when disclosed and permitted by law.
