Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 21, 2026. Peptides & SARMs is committed to making its website and customer-service information usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
Our accessibility approach
Accessibility is considered across navigation, headings, text clarity, color contrast, keyboard interaction, form labels, focus states, image alternatives, error messages and compatibility with current browsers and assistive technologies. We aim to improve barriers that prevent a visitor from finding information, creating an account, placing an order or requesting support.
Areas we review
- Logical heading and page structure
- Keyboard access and visible focus
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Readable contrast and scalable text
- Labels, instructions and errors for forms
- Accessible names for buttons, links and controls
- Clear language for policies and product specifications
- Checkout and account flows supplied by WordPress, WooCommerce and connected providers
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time claim. Themes, plugins, product media, payment tools and third-party content change. We review practical improvements as issues are identified and when major parts of the site are updated.
Third-party components
Some payment, shipping, embedded media, security and support components are operated by third parties. Their accessibility can be partly outside our direct control. We still want to know when a third-party component blocks a task so we can investigate, offer an alternative where reasonably possible and communicate the issue to the provider.
Request help or report a barrier
Contact us through Contact & Customer Support. Include the page address, the task you were attempting, what happened and the browser or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or unnecessary personal information.
Helpful details
- The page or checkout step where the barrier occurred
- The link, button, field, image or message involved
- The result you expected
- The result you received
- A screenshot or error text when practical
- An accessible format or alternative that would help
Alternative access
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested information or service through an accessible alternative while the underlying issue is reviewed. Alternative support remains subject to security, payment and identity-verification requirements necessary to protect the customer and transaction.
Feedback
Specific feedback is valuable. If a change improves one page but creates a new barrier elsewhere, tell us. Accessibility reports are handled as service-improvement requests and should not include passwords, full payment-card details or sensitive medical information.
