Peptides & SARMs is an online destination for peptides, SARMs, blends, nootropics, supplements and other performance- and wellness-focused products. We built the store around a simple idea: customers should be able to identify a product, understand its format, review the information available for it and get practical order support without navigating a maze of repetitive pages.

Our role is to present the catalog clearly and operate the store responsibly. That means accurate product naming, consistent specifications, accessible lot or batch documentation where it is available, careful order handling and direct communication when a question cannot be answered from the product page.

What customers should expect

  • Clear product names, stated strengths, quantities and formats
  • Product pages that distinguish specifications from promotional language
  • Available certificates of analysis organized by product and lot or batch where possible
  • Published processing, shipping, return and privacy information
  • Responsive support for documentation, account and order questions
  • No medical diagnosis, prescribing, dosing or administration guidance from customer service

A more careful approach to product information

Words such as identity, purity, assay, sterility and endotoxin describe different questions. They are not interchangeable. A laboratory report supports only the sample, method and result shown on that report. We therefore avoid presenting a single test as universal proof of every quality or safety characteristic.

The same discipline applies to regulatory status. A compound discussed in scientific literature is not automatically an approved medicine, and approval of a named drug does not transfer to an unapproved, compounded, differently formulated or differently sourced product. Product pages and our guides are intended to help visitors read listings more critically, not to replace advice from a licensed healthcare professional.

How products and suppliers are reviewed

Our review process considers the information reasonably available for each listing. Depending on the product, this can include supplier identity, specification sheets, labels, packaging consistency, lot references, laboratory reports, shipping requirements and previous fulfillment history. The depth and type of documentation can differ between products and lots.

When a claim cannot be supported for a specific product, we do not treat it as established. Terms such as pharmaceutical grade, USP, sterile, nonpyrogenic or GMP-manufactured should only appear when the underlying documentation supports the exact statement in the context in which it is used.

From checkout to delivery

Most eligible orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment and any required checks are complete. Customers receive order and shipping updates at the email address supplied during checkout. Free standard U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders of $175 or more after discounts and before taxes or fees, subject to any clearly stated exclusions.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, our support process is evidence-led. We ask for the order number and clear photographs of the shipping package, label and affected item so the issue can be reviewed quickly and fairly. Full operational details are provided on our Orders, Shipping, Tracking & Returns page.

The purpose of our educational guides

Our guides consolidate the terminology that repeatedly appears across the catalog. They explain how to compare names, formats, labels and documentation; how major product families differ; and why approval status, evidence quality and storage instructions matter. They do not provide protocols, cycles, reconstitution steps or individualized recommendations.

Transparency is an ongoing process

Products, lots, evidence, regulations and carrier requirements change. We review content when material information changes and welcome corrections supported by reliable documentation. If a product page and the label or lot-specific report appear inconsistent, pause and contact us with the complete product name and lot or batch number.
